BhramariPranayama is a calming breathing process that is good for your nervous system. Bhramari is the Sanskrit word for” bee” and is named because of sound produced from the back of the throat. There are some benefits are given below:

Hummingbee breath practice should be done on an empty stomach. The procedure is very easy. You need to sit cross-legged on the floor. Put your index fingers in mid-point of forehead and rest fingers are placed across the eyes. Make the low-pitched humming sound behind your throat. You will feel awareness at the center of your head i.e. Ajna Chakra.

Vishwaroop Darshan of Lord Krishna

Vishwaroop is also known as Vishwaroop Darshan is a universal form of Lord Krishna. In this supreme form, the whole universe is contained. In chapters 10 and 11, there is a description that Krishna reveals himself in the Vishwaroop and also in the creator of the world as “ Vishwaroop Brahma ”. All the creatures of the universe are part of this supreme form of Vishnu or Lord Krishna. Brahmand or infinite universe lies in the Vishwaroop and this roop of Lord Krishna has innumerable forms, faces, mouths, eyes, and arms. After getting encouragement from the Vishwaroop Darshan, Arjuna continued the Mahabharata war.

Concept of “Myself within Myself” in Hinduism

“ Myself within myself ” or “Atman” means where a person looks inner-self instead of the outside world for seeking the truth.
