Kundalini is the energy that is coiled at the base of the spine. It is the ultimate life force or creative power or simply “inner fire”. When we activate this energy, it flows from the base of the spine then into the gut and later into the heart and the head. It is like a wavy shape of a serpent as shown in a picture below. This is a Shakti which goes from bottom to top and activate each chakra. It is an amazing experience of spirituality. The more energy you get, the more you will feel cosmic consciousness.
