What is Kundalini energy?

Kundalini is the energy that is coiled at the base of the spine. It is the ultimate life force or creative power or simply “inner fire”. When we activate this energy, it flows from the base of the spine then into the gut and later into the heart and the head. It is like a wavy shape of a serpent as shown in a picture below.      This is a Shakti which goes from bottom to top and activate each chakra. It is an amazing experience of spirituality. The more energy you get, the more you will feel cosmic consciousness.  In the case of the awakening of this energy, you will get a high sense of life and will reach the full potential of yourself.

Know the difference between Khuda and Allah

Allah is an Arabic word and the meaning of this is “The One God”. Muslims believe in one God and conclude that everything is created by one supreme power. In Islam, Allah word is related to this supreme power. The Khuda is the same thing but is a Persian word and also used for god in the Urdu language . Both words Allah and Khuda have the same meanings but have different origins. People use the “ Khuda ” word in different languages and many South Asian Muslims use this word. As this word is originated in Pre-Islamic so most of the people use only the “Allah” word for God in Islam.
